MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES AND FEES
Notarization is capped by the State of Georgia at $2 per notarial act (stamp). Military and Veterans (with valid military or veteran status identification) receive a discounted notarization at $1. Dispatch, travel, and additional fees are billed separate and are listed below:

Cherokee County $30; Cobb County $40; Fulton County $40; Forsyth County $40; Dekalb County $50; Gwinnett County $50. Other counties not listed will be considered for a mutually agreed-upon travel fee.
HOLIDAY
FEE
$20 for appointments needed on any Federal Holiday. Travel and Dispatch is an additional charge and is not included in this fee.
ASSISTED LIVING APPOINTMENT FEE
$25 plus $25 for each additional hour after the first hour. Travel and Dispatch is an additional charge and is not included in this fee.
1-9 VERIFICATION FEE
$25 per employee, as 1-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Georgia fee statute. A Notary Public serves as an authorized representative and to verify identification. Travel and Dispatch is an additional charge and not included in this fee.
ADMINISTERING OATHS & AFFIRMATIONS
$45 plus an additional $25 per every additional hour until dismissed by the Judge. Travel and Dispatch is an additional charge and not included in this fee.
SECURED SIGNERS LLC NOTARY FEES
Maximum notary fees are governed by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks. Cooperative Authority. Notary Publics may also charge additional fees to cover travel, parking, document printing, waiting for clients to arrive, a. other legitimate job-related expenses. The Notary Public is not an attorney and is prohibited by law from providing legal advice.

Grace period: 15 minutes
$15 – Each 15 minutes thereafter (if notary is notified)
If the signer is more than 15 minutes late for an agreed upon appointment and doesn't call or text, the notary will depart the meeting place.
